DroneMapper is committed to protecting your privacy. We recognize the need for appropriate protections and management of the personal information you provide to us. DroneMapper has therefore established this Privacy Statement to assist you in understanding what information we collect, how that information is used, and your options regarding information we may collect. The practices of DroneMapper, LLC., Big Mountain Robotics, LLC, its affiliates, and agents (collectively "DroneMapper") with respect to data collected and used by DroneMapper in connection with this website and all other websites of DroneMapper (collectively, the "Site") are governed by this online Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities, websites other than the Site, or products and services not available or enabled via the Site. To the extent that any terms of the Privacy Statement conflict with the terms of an existing written (including electronic) agreement between you and DroneMapper regarding the use of specific areas of the Site the terms of the Product Agreements shall govern. If you have objections to the Privacy Statement, you should immediately discontinue use of the Site.
 
The Site is intended for adults, and DroneMapper does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
 
Collection of Your Personal Information
Personal Information is information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or email address. As a visitor to the Site you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, such as posting information on a forum or the data portal, DroneMapper may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting a form. It is optional to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, DroneMapper may ask that you provide certain personal information such as name, mailing address, email address, organization, telephone numbers, user IDs and passwords. If you purchase a product via the Site, you will be asked to provide additional information such as a credit card number, PayPal account and billing and delivery information. DroneMapper may collect information about your interaction with the Site. Any information that is disclosed in the Community Sites becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. The information you share, including your email address, would then be available to all persons accessing these Community Sites, and such information may be read, collected or used by others for any purpose, including sending you unsolicited messages. We will never share your personal information. DroneMapper is not responsible for any information you elect to submit in these Community Sites or the use of such information. If you do not wish for your personal information to be posted or distributed in this manner, you should not participate in the Community Sites. Each participant’s opinion expressed in a forum or group is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of DroneMapper.
 
Sharing of Your Personal Information
Except as described in this statement, DroneMapper will not disclose your personal information outside of DroneMapper without your consent. DroneMapper will not sell, trade, or lease your personal information to others. DroneMapper may contract with third party service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services, and customer solutions. DroneMapper is committed to taking reasonable efforts to secure the personal data you choose to provide us. DroneMapper does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from DroneMapper policy. We do not endorse or make any representations about third party web sites. The personal data you give to unrelated third parties is not covered by this Privacy Statement. Similarly, DroneMapper does not control other sites which link to the DroneMapper Site.

DroneMapper may occasionally change the Privacy Statement at its sole discretion. When we post changes to this Privacy Statement we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the statement. We encourage you to periodically review this statement. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, the change changes to the Privacy Statement after such notice has been posted with the following exception: if at the time you provide Personal Information to DroneMapper you limit how such information will be used to communicate with you, either by DroneMapper or third parties, DroneMapper will not change your preferences in this regard without your express consent.
